RAM KRISHNA VIVEKANAND COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, has a Grievance Redressal Cell to redress the grievances of the Parents,Students and Staff. The complainant (Parents, Students and Staff)can approach the cell to voice their grievances regarding academic, library and other complainants (students, parents & staffs) services. The complainant can submit his or her written/verbal grievance to the respective Head of Department, who submits the same to the Cell immediately. The Cell redresses the grievances by sorting out the problems promptly and judiciously. The cases are attended promptly on receipt of written/verbal grievances from the complainants. The cell review all the cases and acts as per the polices laid down in this regard by the UGC/ University/ Management/ Centre & State Govt. etc.
