Grievances Redressal Mechanism

Ram Krishna Vivekanand College of Education has an active Grievance Redressal Cell to address and resolve grievances of Parents, Students, and Staff members. Complainants can approach the cell to voice their concerns regarding academic matters, library facilities, and administrative services. Grievances can be submitted in written or verbal format to the respective Head of Department (HOD), who forwards them to the Cell immediately for prompt and judicious resolution. The Cell reviews all representations strictly in accordance with statutory guidelines laid down by the UGC, Affiliating University, Management, and Government authorities.
